Mechanical Project (Cabinets)

For big equipments, the mechanical project obeys to a modular principle, but a modularity that reduce costs, that was taken into account all the logistics needed, not only fo production, but for storage, buying and the diversity of the models and several implementations of such products.   

The system of cabinets are entirely modular, not only concerning to the constituents of the models, but in each part, in which they are assembled.

First we are going to look the figure below.

It is entirely simetrical in many way not only in certais parts but concerning to de sequence of the assembly

   

There are many spacers that gives several widths to the cabinets:

With that,  there are many widths of cabnets only changing the spacers.

Now there are the symmetrical lateral covers that are in reality one.

 

 

Additionally there are doors of 400, 600, 800 1000 and 1200mm that covers all  power systems from 50Kva up to 1MVA..

 

 

 

Seeing the doors from the back we can see that the reinforcement is welded in  only few points that avoids distortion of the metal sheet. You can see that the door do not has no folds in the top and in the bottom side.
 

 


   

   Look for  the final finishing of the door.

 

  Now You can see a cabinet of a UPS of 500 Kva UPS  with 1200 mm with a door of 800 and another with 400mm
