The project as a whole
The project was realized, with the intention to cover a wide variety of powers (From 6Kva up to 1MVA and beyond). The project of the control system was done in an open way, being all command functions in a such way to control a wide variety of applications such as UPS Systems, Motor Speed, Converters, Inverters, VSC, Industrial Rectifiers,smart grid systems and other power electronics equipments. In this form, all system was designed in an eclectic way, where all structure was done in a standard way, using only attenuators in the input and totally divorced from any specific application. All inputs were implemented with passive components only. All the responsibility of the complex functions and operations are performed by the DSP, simplifying enormously the electronics circuitry. All the output circuitry are only digital gates that works as emissaries, not affecting the signals.
All converters (Power rectifiers) in its inputs, presents very high power factors (Near unity) and works at high frequencies. The inverter work at high frequency, existing two alternatives, one with harmonic injection in the power bridge that improves its power in approximately 25%. The second alternative with a neutral in the capacitors of the power bridge that is perfect for transformerless ups systems. This is usefull for small modules in “ Variable power” UPS , where they must be extremely light.
Those equipments due to their simplicity are the smallest size equipment of their class. Another bonus of this simplicity is its cost .
This line of UPS systems presents a diversity of cabinet solutions, one for each range of capacities. Single cabinet for power up to 30Kva, passing for rack modules for modular UPS up to 120Kva and FF frames for UPS from 40Kva up to 1MVA.

Single UPS up to power of 30Kva
Modules for variable power UPS systems. The system can begin with 10, 20, 25 or 30Kva and finish with 40, 80, 100 or even 120Kva.
One module that can contain transformerless UPS system of 10, 20, 25 and 30Kva. The adversary comercial systems goes normally up to 10Kva, but we decided to put modules up to 30Kva due to their simplicity. We think that is most convenient for "Power on Demand Systems".
Dimensions heght 2000mm, Width 600mm and Depht 800mm.

Cabinet Height 2000mm, Width 1200mm and Depht 800mm like used for UPS systems of 500Kva. Uses two doors, being one with 800mm and another with 400mm width.

Other solutions could be available through a new mechanical design and layout.
