The Project of The factory of Indelsul - 1986
The factory had several production lines that used various operational resources, that accelerated the production, redounding in a considerable reduction of production time and consequently in their operational costs.
The adoption of assembled structures and use of squared screw holes assembled with special screws that dispenses the uses of back stopping tools, opening space for uses of special pneumatic assembling tools, accelerating a lot the mounting process
The use of rails and trolleys facilitated the motion of equipment during the assembling phases.This greatly improved the space factor of the assembly line.
Quality Control and Testing
A perfect quality control of the process and the design of special testing computerized tools to be used in
the final testing and the fill in of forms, required by the Telecommunications customers, gave a very high speed for the process.
All instruments required for the approval testing and all needed auxiliary equipments like AC voltage regulators and special digital power loads was built inside.
The placement of the testing tools in strategic locations in the end of the production lines, solved the transit of the equipments in the factory, optimizing the circulation of the products, saving space.
Special Production mechanisms.
The design of special production mechanisms with multiple degrees of freedom, as support for the modules, gave speed to the production and effective properties of productivity.
Internal Production of transformers
The internal production of transformers and de development of new technologies in very high frequency and the usage of new magnetic material like amorphous and distributed gap cores, the control of certain complex magnetic losses, allowed the construction of very small transformers and consequently high power density converters.
The decision to manufacture our own cabinets, structures and mechanical components greatly improved our production costs and agility.
