This system is formed with 40 converters of-48V/100A, forming a global system of -48Vdc/4000A. Such modularity of 4 equipments in each leveal was used by us since 1986 and was adopted by TELEBRAS standard. The project of the photo is the model of 1998
It started to be developed in 1995 and its technology is ZVS-QRC (Zero Voltage Switching - Quasi Ressonant Converter) regulating by PSM (Phase Shift Moulation). works in 250Khz, being controlled by a microcontroller.
Is current equalized and its communication system is a fiber optics Token Ring system.
